Experienced true startup life at Artium—5x growth in 2 years. We built a talent consulting arm mirroring the techniques of extreme agile programmers on the software side. I saw change management first-hand and fell in love with building scalable processes for consultants.

CHANGE

Built the People Operations team at Planhat alongside a European team. Learned a lot about Swedish work life and expectations, along with the business operations needed to run a 100% remote company with employees in over 30+ countries.
